Work With Us

Bedrock’s creative process stems from the idea that nothing grows without a strong foundation. Rather than producing a “traditional” theatre season, projects are built around specific locations that inspire ensemble members to explore over long periods of time.

We are always looking for new people, new stories, and new landscapes in the great outdoors! If you are interested in collaborating with us, please reach out by clicking the “Contact Us” button at the bottom of this page.

PARTNERSHIPS

To create site-responsive performances, Bedrock engages in long-term collaborations with mission-aligned organizations stewarding dynamic landscapes.

Oregon Shores is grateful to Bedrock Theatre for bringing the CoastWatch & Listen collaboration to life with artistry, care, and thoughtfulness—translating 30+ years of CoastWatch community science into immersive audio storytelling that honors volunteers and makes our data feel human and memorable. The Bedrock team members were collaborative, organized, and deeply respectful partners—making CoastWatchers feel seen while producing beautiful, high-quality episodes that have reached audiences online, on podcasts, and on the radio.
— Elise Newman, Executive Director at Oregon Shores Conservation Coalition
CoastWatch & Listen is a truly unique and beautiful creation. As a scientist, it was incredible to collaborate with artists who could translate a community monitoring effort into something so deeply human. Bedrock Theatre gave voice to the CoastWatch community in a way that made people feel seen, empowered, and genuinely excited about their connection to place and contribution to science.
— Sam Derrenbacher, Community Science & Engagement Manager at Oregon Shores Conservation Coalition
It was an absolute delight working with Bedrock Theatre on their recent production of Hibernate at Leach Botanical Garden. Their unwavering professionalism, ease, and warmth throughout the entire process were evident from our initial conversations to the final load-out. Bedrock Theatre’s flexibility and high-caliber production ensured that every aspect of the collaboration ran seamlessly and the attendees from three sold-out shows left feeling ignited and inspired. I highly recommend any venue to consider partnering with Bedrock Theatre; they bring not only talent but also a genuine passion for their craft to their projects. I eagerly anticipate our next opportunity to work together.
